Description
This 1961 Chevrolet Corvette has a 283ci V8 with two four-barrel carburetors and a new Dontov Cam with solid lifters. This combination makes for 270hp in this beautiful Roman Red convertible. The car has a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission with a heavy duty 427 clutch. This car has had a full nut bolt and everything in between restoration. The restoration took about 8 years. The starter, generator, gauges, and steering box were rebuilt. The car has a new aluminum Arrison radiator. All the Chrome has been re-plated. The paint has all been taken down to the fiberglass and repainted with the correct Roman Red even the wheels on the outside. The car has been outfitted with a '61 Corvette replica Wonderbar radio that will handle AM/FM as well as Bluetooth.
